Learning Internet Network Marketing | The Key to Your MLM Success

Sunday, November 9th, 2008

As with all network marketing, the people in your network will dictate the level of success you will have. While internet network marketing is straight forward just as offline network marketing, it should not be done in an untargeted manner. “You can’t sell steaks to a vegetarian”, as I read in Mike Dillard’s materials on network marketing. There has to be clear direction and purpose in your activities and a reasonable system to achieve it.

In other words, the right members of your network are the key to generating a significant extra income. There are certain techniques that must be done in order to be able to attract these people to your network. Here are some of the battle-tested proven methods:

1. Create interesting articles for ezines, short for electronic magazines. In this way, you catch the attention and interest of readers and build your credibility. Eventually, whatever you offer them will be difficult for them to refuse. Likewise, the principle here follows mutual giving. The readers gain something from you by reading your article. In return, they give back by at least exploring the business that you have to offer.

2. Create your own Giveaways, “bribes” as their called in Internet Marketing. Anything free is most definitely attractive to anyone. After a while, you will see that you have formed a relatively good network waiting for what you have to offer them.

3. You need a website, and in this day and age, they are so cheap and easy to put up there is no reason why anyone who is serious about their business should not have one. Put your name and e-mail on our list and receive your free videos on how to start this important part of your business.

4. Provide as much free, relevant and useful information as possible. The theme here is to under promise and over deliver. People will appreciate what you are giving them, thus building a trusting relationship with your list of prospects.

5. Demand commitment. It’s no different online than offline – you need people who are willing to make the commitment to succeed in their own business, and these are the people you focus you efforts with. You cannot carry a long list of complacent members who drag the rest of your network down.

Incorporate these and you will build trusting relationships that will swell your members and increase your business exponentially as you are able to reach and attract an increasing amount of people online.
