So another thing that you can do is build up some name recognition in some social networks, whether it’s Facebook, whether it’s My Space, whether it’s even You Tube, whether it’s Twitter, and ask around. Say, “Hey, I am doing stuff in the such-and-such niche–are there any books that are coming out? Anybody doing any good book launches? Please let me know”.
